MEH partnered with How? Properties on this 28,000 sq ft project built on what was an empty lot in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia. The building has twenty four luxury residential apartments as well as one commercial space on the ground floor. Construction was completed in July 2014.
The property at 1800 Bethlehem Pike was the previous home to The Springfield Hotel and Sorella Rose. The first floor of the building has been completely renovated to include 4,500 sq ft of usable space that will serve as the new home for the Flourtown Farmers Market. In addition, there will be 13 up-scale apartments on the second and third floors.
